Kellogg’s is currently testing a new package design that will dramatically change the look and feel of today’s cereal box.

By making the box shorter and deeper and by reducing the amount of empty space inside the liner of a typical cereal package, Kellogg’s is expecting consumers and retailers to enjoy several advantages.

Actual impact of space saving boxes will vary by brand and retailer. Kellogg's decision to launch space saving boxes nationally will be subject to test results on consumer acceptance and expected supply chain efficiencies.
